All our items are hand made to the highest standards, and tested before shipping, this means you should not have any issues with anything you buy from us.

All sales are final unless the item is defective. Wear and tear is not covered. If you do get a defective item, you may exchange the item for the exact same item (same product, same color etc.) either in-store or by mail (shipping fee to be paid by you).

Many of our products are used by people and animals, and could carry germs or bacteria that we do not want to handle or pass-on to other customers. Cleanliness and safety to our customers is vital therefore we cannot risk handling any used/returned products.

Thank you for understanding that you will not be able to return any item for a refund under most circumstances.
